Knowing what groups you have help you narrow your focus. A community isn’t just where you live. It can be your sports team, your church family, your heritage – those are your communities.

Do you listen to podcasts or follow other types or groups?

Where do you consider your hometown?

Where do you live?
Did you used to live somewhere else that has more meaning to you?
Does your family come from somewhere else?
Do you have family members that live somewhere else that you would like to live?

Are you involved in any larger areas like your state?

Are you involved at a statewide or national level for any of the groups you have already listed?
Do any of the groups have national or statewide organizations, even if you aren’t involved?
Are there other statewide, national, or worldwide organizations that relate to groups you are interested in?
Are there newsletters, social media groups, websites, or other resources for these groups?
